Welcome to my blog! Every week I spend some time scouring through the grocery store ads trying to find the best deals. I thought since I was already at it and writing down my findings for my own use, that I would share what I came up with and help others along the way.
I basically will post mostly meat and produce sales but sometimes if it seems notable I will post other sale items. I find that Sams Club, Costco, and Walmart generally have better deals on boneless skinless chicken breasts, pantry items, household items, dairy, etc. But the grocery stores usually have better sale prices on their other meats and produce, and lately cereals. However once in a while grocery stores will actually have a better sale price on typical things I buy at Sams Club, so I'll post it here as well. Meat and produce are usually the bulk of my shopping because I cook mostly from scratch to save on money and because it's healthier as well. Also when you buy seasonal meat and produce you get the best flavor as well as prices.
Some stores may have the same item on sale, but one will be less than the other. I go through the ads to find out which store has the better deal on the same item, or which store has items on sale that other stores don't have posted for sale at all. For example, a few weeks ago both Stater Bros. and Ralphs had Tri-Tip Roasts on sale, but you will only see the Tri-Tip listed in the Ralphs posting because it's the better deal. So that way I know what to buy or stock up on at each store. Trust me, it does save a lot of money going to multiple stores if you can. You don't have to do it all in one day, you have a whole week to hit up each store.
Although I don't personally shop at Fresh & Easy and Food 4 Less, I thought I would post their sales as well for those of you that do. However, if they have the same item for sale in one of the four main stores (Stater Bros., Albertsons, Vons, Ralphs) I will still post it in the main stores posting as well as Fresh & Easy and Food 4 Less, but I will make note if it's a better deal at either of those two stores.
I use the ads I get in the mail here in Corona, Ca. I'm not exactly sure if all areas in Southern California have the same ads, so please, if you're not in Corona, please double check prices when shopping and don't go solely by my blog until you know if the ads are the same where you live.
I hope this is helpful to everyone. I know how long it takes me to go through all the ads, so I know not everyone has time to do that. I make it easy for you. Scroll down to see what's on sale this week! Enjoy!!
P.S. If you want to print out each stores posting, simply click on the title post and it will open up a page with just that post so you can easily print just that page.
P.P.S Feel free to leave a comment and let me know how you well this is working for you, or if you'd like to see something different. Thanks!

Both myself and my wife are really thankful that you take the time to post weekly sales and give advice on if something is freezer stocking worthy. I personally would like to say that you have helped us save a TON of cash.
